keyboard restoration

partially reconstructed keyboardIt was a horrifying experience to dump half a beer (a black and tan, no less) into my Apple Bluetooth Keyboard a couple of weeks ago. Not only is it a great keyboard, but the sudden addition of flowing, sticky liquid to my desk which is covered in cables connected to expensive machinery caused me considerable concern. I sprung into action, removing the keyboard from its spot and hastily mopped-up the spill.

Now, two weeks later, I am pleased to announce the return of my favourite keyboard. I’m entering this on that very keyboard and it’s working flawlessly. I guess it should considering the amount of time I spent cleaning it this weekend with vinegar and water and half-a-dozen q-tips.
