V551 ACCESS GRANTED
After some fiddling I was finally able to get my Motorola phone online via Rogers’ EDGE network over bluetooth. I’m entering this now. A speed test showed me as having a 48kbps connection, which ain’t all that bad. The key to this magic was a dialup script I found on this page. The instructions on Mike Chambers’ page weren’t bad but not entirely accurate for Rogers. The included readme file in the dialup scripts were more helpful and combined with Rogers’ connection info, got me what I needed.
