Fwiw, Bell's is just as awful, if not worse. It's like having a duopoly in Canada allows them to compete for most awful customer service. We'll see how many extra options for confusion appear on Rogers' site when they introduce the iPhone.</description>

Good god, yes.  

Trying to get stuff done during regular business hours is pointless. Their website just can't handle the load. Every third page I hit seems to randomly log me out. How hard is it to write a web app? Even I can do it. ;-)</description>
