They should maybe try a webapp like <a href="litmus.mozilla.org" rel="nofollow">yours</a> (or Selenium). Fwiw, Bell's is just as awful, if not worse. It's like having a duopoly in Canada allows them to compete for most awful customer service. We'll see how many extra options for confusion appear on Rogers' site when they introduce the iPhone. I dunno. They should maybe try a webapp like yours (or Selenium).
